Da mihi sis cerevisiam dilutam
Quaff formed as a band in the Suffolk village of Kedington from where they venture out to entertain the world with an eclectic mix of rock and pop covers from the last six decades, an occasional folk number and even when asked in advance the occational traditional called barn dance. It's a strange mix but it makes for a great night out.
Quaff Are:Roy Tooke:Lead singer & Guitar. ![]() Our second lead singer Roy has not only fitted well in to the quaff sound but brought a few good new songs with him. In his younger days Roy toured internationally with his band and the year of exsperience are not waisted when quaff take to the stage.
Simon Shirm: Guitar, Banjo & backing vocals. ![]() A founding member of the band. Simon's finger picked style gives him a distinctive sound in a world of plectrums. If there's a theme to an evening, expect a costume to go with it.
Marcony Upton: Bass, keyboard & backing vocals. ![]() Quaff's bass player Marcony's musical influences are broad but his preferences lie with Goth, Punk & 80's pop. He also has an unfashionable obsession with novelty songs.
